Upon acceptance of the return, we will then provide you with the shipping details.
Any returned item must be resent in its original packaging and must not have been used except for normal fitting purposes to quickly check the size.
Visible defects: The products sold on the Site are subject to quality control by VAYLOCE before shipment to ensure the customer against any visible defects. If, however, any visible defect or missing item is observed, please inform VAYLOCE's customer service as soon as possible via email: vayloce@dimension-foot.com. In case of a visible defect resulting from transportation, a complaint will then be addressed by VAYLOCE to the carrier whose identity is indicated on the package.
In case of player number changes upon the publication of a new official list, all jerseys previously printed with the official number from previous lists will not be accepted for return or exchange. A player's number is not contractual and may be changed during the season. Any personalized item (with applied printing) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In accordance with Article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code, personalized items or items with printing (name/number) are neither accepted for return nor exchange.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR PRINTED ITEMS.
The return costs will be borne by VAYLOCE only in the event that a visible defect or missing items are actually observed by the latter or its representative. When, after an inspection, a visible defect or missing item is actually observed by VAYLOCE, the customer may only request from VAYLOCE the replacement of non-compliant items and/or the completion of missing items at the expense of the latter, without the customer being entitled to any compensation or cancellation of the order.
Any item that has not followed the recommendations mentioned above will not be accepted for return or exchange.
What are the deadlines for a refund request?
Upon receipt and verification of your returned product by our specific service, the full refund or exchange of your order (excluding return costs) will then be processed.
How do I return my order if I am not satisfied?
You have a period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the items to exercise your right of withdrawal and 14 days to proceed with the return shipment, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for the return costs, which remain at your expense.
Only the price of the returned item(s) and the initial shipping costs of those item(s) will be refunded. Note that the items must be returned in their new condition, without wear, and not having undergone hand or machine washing, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
